Our Restaurant
Our restaurant, nestled in the Fraser River Heritage Park, is dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience focused on quality and locality. The restaurant is a beautiful hand built log cabin with seating for 44 indoors and 48 on our patio with options for additional seating in the park. The park contains acres of manicured lawn, with a picnic area and large gazebo for ceremonies. The restaurant has a wide open mountain and river view.
Our Food
At the Sunflower Lodge, our chefs and farmers work together to cultivate over 200 varieties of certified organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, sourcing humanely raised, free-range animals. We prioritise freshness, quality, and attention to detail to ensure the utmost care and satisfaction for our guests.
We offer the freshest foods straight from our land to your plate. Our ingredients are meticulously chosen for their quality, nutrition, and ethical standards. We design our menus based on seasonal availability, preserving items for future dishes and applying both classic and modern techniques to enhance taste, aroma, and nutrition.
Our menus are closely tied to the seasons and can be customized to suit any service style, from family-style and buffet to high-end plated dishes. We also accommodate any dietary restrictions or religious customs.
Our chefs, with experience in some of the world’s best kitchens, take pride in using only the finest ingredients to create dishes that are both magical and meaningful.
